Notice of Change of the Institute's Name

Dear all members,

We would like to formally announce that buildingSMART Hong Kong (IDTM·bSHK) has been officially renamed to “Institute of Digital Technology Management(IDTM)”, with the Chinese name retained as 「型建香港」, effective from the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 26 June 2025.

This change reflects the Institute’s broader focus on digital technology management, including key areas such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and information security. It also marks the introduction of a new title - Honorary Advisor (HAdv.IDTM) – to support the strategic development of the Institute.

We invite all members to join us in embracing this exciting new chapter and look forward to continuing our mission with your valuable support.

Please note that all official communications should now refer to the Institute as“Institute of Digital Technology Management (IDTM)” or simply “IDTM”.
